8-bedroom Luxury Pool Villa combo

The Space

We offer 2 very luxurious neighboring 4-bedroom villas on a 6-star luxury estate. Both villas are oversized and offer large sun decks and open-air lounges.

The first villa has an open plan living area, fronted by a large infinity pool with stunning views over the bay. It offers 4 large bedroom suites, all with king sized beds, bath and shower. Each room has an outside seating or daybed area.
There are two sun deck areas above the lounge for those wishing to worship the sun or enjoy a sunset cocktail. For keen cooks there is a fully operational outdoor kitchen and barbecue area as well as a discreetly hidden maid’s kitchen.
The AV room is equipped with a large plasma screen and surround sound.
A large garden is great for five-a-side football or badminton if you need a break from lounging by the pool.

The other villa is spread over multiple levels and layered into the natural rock formations rising from the coast. The villa has four spacious bedrooms, two on the lower levels and two on the upper terraces. Each room has a large en-suite bathroom and opens onto a private terrace.

At the heart of the villa is an open- plan living area flanked by the slate- tiled infinity-edged swimming pool. The glass walled entertainment room, complete with plasma- screen television and home theatre is attached to the living room. A secluded roof deck and garden area is ideal for sunset cocktails and some of the best views on the estate.

Both villas are over-sized and perfectly poised for celebrations and rejoicing in the spectacular sense of place, yet due to the expanse of the estate serenity is assured.
Complimentary services include: daily cleaning, daily breakfast served in the villa, private airport transfers and access to the tennis court.

For extra charges we can arrange private chefs, nannies, private drivers and day-time activities as yachting, diving or other water sports.
